The mausoleum area is entered from the courtyard with next a first room, for tilavet, or the reading of the Quran. One continues to a corridor, with to the right side several arches containing grave monuments for followers and further on Mevlana. On should note that the building contains the mausoleum, as well as a mosque and a semahane (for dervish ceremonies).
