A word of caution: on a map I found there is a "Église termes sud" at this spot. Also there are some pictures which claim to show a "chiesa a tre navate" (Church with three naves). However, there is a site at https://romeartlover.tripod.com/Bosra1.html where the columns are described as simply being "one of the two courtyards adjoining the baths". The collection of columns we see now probably started life as the courtyard or palaestra of the baths, but at least partly that was later covered by a Byzantine church. I do not know where there may be a border between the two, nor when the church was built.
