English: D4037 entered service with British Railways in November 1960 and renumbered into the TOPS series as 08869 in February 1974. From May 1987 until April 1997, when It was withdrawn, it was known as The Canary. It was sold to Cotswold Rail circa 2001 but scrapped in 2011.
